Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for physical goods within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
• For digital products, refunds are only available in cases of technical errors or failure to deliver.

• Once we receive your return or refund request, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy and Process
If you would like to return a product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
• ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
Defective items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@whatalife.co with your order number and reason for the return.
• We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund or store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. You can cancel your order or subscription under the following terms:
• Physical Products: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our support team at support@whatalife.co. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer available, but you may return the product once received.
• Digital Products and Subscriptions: You may cancel digital product orders or subscription services before the product is delivered or before the renewal date. Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Events or Reservations: Cancellations for reservations or event bookings must be made at least 90 days prior to the event to qualify for a partial refund.
